About Us

Hillside Cat Farm is a home-based nonprofit cat rescue located in Luquillo Puerto Rico. Our goal is to increase adoptions to the States, as we are at capacity and the island is saturated with unwanted cats. We continue with our mission to reduce the stray cat population and their suffering in Luquillo through TNR, vaccination, adoption and community education. We currently have over 50 cats and kittens in our care. We feed 11 colonies totaling about 150 cats. We treat sick cats on the streets when able and practice TNR (trap, neuter, release) as funding allows.
